I know the whole elf-love thing i eing talked aout all over the place right now, ut mot people till have no clue what that even mean! It reall mean omething diŒerent for each peron, ecaue we all have man diŒerent wa to how that we love ourelve. The real quetion i, wh hould we even care? I've found that when I feel m lowet, when m od ha een the mot ick and when I am omarded with the mot elfdeprecating thought, the onl thing to pull me up and out i drenching melf in elf-love. If ou till feel confued or lot on where to tart with our own elf-love converation, don’t worr; I've put together a lit to help ou get tarted. 1. Create a elf-love ritual. Turn oŒ the TV and unplug from ocial media for 15 minute to get centered while elf-pampering. M favorite wa to do thi i to moiturize m kin with intention. A I maage m feet I thank them for getting me to where I need to go; a I moiturize m hand I love them for all the tranaction and introduction the've helped me with throughout m life. You need the upport and love from people around ou to ta motivated and on track. Feeding our od nutrientrich food will have ou oozing love out of ever pore. 5. Clean out our cloet. Thi ma e more therapeutic than ou initiall think. Cleaning out our cloet will help ou not onl clean our room up a it, ut will poitivel aŒect our mind. Getting rid of old thing will make room for new thing to come in to our life! Cleaning our mind can ometime work in the form of letting go of clothe, hoe, jewelr, etc. that remind ou of a certain time in our life that link to a negative viration. Don’t chae what’ alread happened; love ourelf enough to know the et i et to come. 6. No more comparion. WHAT!? I know it' hard to look at o man poitive pic on the Internet, or even in our own life, and know that everone ha ad da.
