I know the whole elf-love thing i eing talked aout all over the place right now, ut mot people till have no clue what that even mean! It reall mean omething diŒerent for each peron, ecaue we all have man diŒerent wa to how that we love ourelve. The real quetion i, wh hould we even care? I've found that when I feel m lowet, when m od ha een the mot ick and when I am omarded with the mot elfdeprecating thought, the onl thing to pull me up and out i drenching melf in elf-love. If ou till feel confued or lot on where to tart with our own elf-love converation, don’t worr; I've put together a lit to help ou get tarted. 1. Create a elf-love ritual. Thi ma e more therapeutic than ou initiall think. Cleaning out our cloet will help ou not onl clean our room up a it, ut will poitivel aŒect our mind. Getting rid of old thing will make room for new thing to come in to our life!
