BEF – Ball3D European Federation – European Project Introduction Who we are? We are the oldest federation on Ball3D (we were created at the begining of 2013). We have been organizing Nations Cup all these years. Like every tournament on Ball3D, we are amateurs but we want now to be the more profissional possible to the well of Ball3D. Now, the Staff has people from 5 diferent european countries – we pretend to grow our Staff as we grow this project. The main face of BEF is Fam from Portugal – he was also the creator of this federation and has been leading this since the beginning. Why we want to do this project? It's missing something more competitive in the game in Europe, only in 2 countries there's regular leagues - Poland and Turkey. And by curiosity, they are only the 2 biggest countries in the game. The rest of Europe is too small - there's no regular leagues or the organization is bad and without that it's impossible to make a game grow. People's main point playing video games is fun but fun with competition - and Ball3D doesn't have it. So, here its where BEF is going to enter. We want to support the smallest leagues making them a organized league with a lot of features that could possibly and most probably will make grow those countries on Ball3D. For the main leagues, we want also to gave them more competition – introducing european competitions regularly and showing their leagues to the rest of Europe. We also want to make more publicity to this game – it’s missing a place where we can see regular transmissions of national and european competitions. In the other games, we have regular streams and competitions where thousands of people looses hours viewing their “idols”. Why we dont have something similar on Ball3D? What is this project? Our project is very simple – we want to join Europe. Our goal point is to make the national leagues join BEF and make an european calendar. 1. We will have a single transfers market – we will define the duration of a market where teams can make the transfers they wish and where players can go wherever they want. With this, players can only have 1 team in the Nations that are on BEF. We will have a special place where every transfer is going to be updated every minute.
2. We will have an european calendar – we are going to make all the leagues starting at the same time and ending at the same time (not exactly, we can found a difference of 1 or 2 weeks because of some leagues’ amount of teams). Take for example one week on this system – Monday and Thursday are for Champions Cup matches; Wednesday and Tuesday are for Europa Cup matches; Friday, Saturday and Sunday are for National Leagues or Cups (depending on the league, we can have 1, 2 or 3 games in a weekend). Of course, considering that some Nations have teams for 2nd Leagues, those teams will not be participating on European competitions so they can play during the week. 3. We will have a website with all the information of each national league and of european competitions – like http://www.uefa.com/memberassociations/leaguesandcups/index.html. If I, from Portugal, want to see who is at first in Poland, who is the best scorer in Turkey or the score of the last match in Italy I can do it. 4. We will make regular live transmissions of each national league and of european competitions on our Twitch account. 5. We will make highlights in the end of each national league’s fixture and european competitions on our Youtube channel. 6. We will awards for the winners not only in the national leagues but also in the european competitions.
Do you want to be part of BEF? Submission If you want to put your league on our project, you have to make a submission and then BEF will analyse your request. There’s 2 diferent types of submission: 1. BEF will organize your national league 2. You organize your national league
What BEF requires - Both types of submission: 1. National leagues have to agree and follow all the rules made by BEF. 2. National leagues have to follow the european calendar. 3. National leagues need to have their Staff always in touch with BEF Staff. 4. BEF has the responsability and the rights to livestream the matches of each national league BEF wants and any streamer of a national league that wants to broadcast some league game have first to speak with BEF. 5. BEF has the responsability and the rights to have replay of all the matches of each national league BEF wants. We will make highlights in the end of every national league’s fixtures. If
anyone of national leagues wants do it have first to speak with BEF. What BEF requires – You organize your national league: 1. The Staff of the national league have to be always in touch with BEF Staff. It has to be people with ways of contact like Facebook or Skype and regularly actives. 2. In the begining of each season, the information about the number of teams that have done the inscrition needs to be given to BEF. It’s BEF decision how many leagues are, how many teams are on each one and who relegates and who’s not. 3. During the competitions, all the information given to BEF from each national league Staff needs to be correct. National leagues’ staff have to give all the information requested by BEF. If BEF finds that any information was wrong, countries can be expelled from our project. 4. All the dates of the national leagues are given by BEF. About the calendar itself (who plays versus who), that is national teams’ Staff responsability. The calendar have to be given to BEF and it needs to be complete. Any change of the date or hour of any match needs to be informed to BEF until 4 hours before that match. 5. All the hours of the matches of each national league are decided by BEF. 6. After a match, national league’s Staff have 2 hours to give all the information that BEF needs about that match. 7. All the 5 things we required in “What BEF requires – Both types of submission”. What BEF requires – BEF organize your national league: 1. All that was said before. 2. BEF will take full control of the league – there will be created a special section in BEF’s forum. What you win with BEF? 1. Better organization. 2. More competitive game. 3. More projection for your league – everyone from Europe can see you, your team and your league. 4. Your league will grow. 5. Your country will grow. 6. The game will grow. 7. You will win awards (like coins or Money). 8. And the list doensn’t end…
Now you are asking – is BEF going to take control of Europe and make whatever they want? No. We are going to have regular meetings – with BEF Staff and BEF national coaches. All the rules should first be approved by BEF Staff and second but most important should be approved by every nation. Even in BEF Staff, at this moment, we have people from 5 different Nations and we will increase this number of diversity. Nations can also have their community like they have now – what we will also give is a forum for those who have a small community or just want to join us. Nations can still make another kind of tournaments – we are talking only about official leagues and cups of 3v3 (Classic) and 5v5 (Real Football). How to make your submission? If you choose the option that BEF organizes your national league, we will get a faster answer and we will accept almost every submission.
