PRODUCTION OFFICE The venue should provide an office for the sole use of Digitalism’s production team. This should be immediately available at load-in with a minimum of two desks and chairs. The room should be adequately lit and at a comfortable ambient temperature. Heating and/or air conditioning will therefore be required. The room should be cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival and have a lockable door with 2 keys, which should be handed to the Tour and Production Managers on their arrival to the venue. Wi-Fi will be needed in the production office at all times, so please have the log-in and password details ready for our arrival. AUDIO SPECIFICATIONS Please note that Digitalism do not tour with a PA. We require the promoter/venue to provide all FoH and monitor boxes, amplifiers, system processors, consoles and a full line system in accordance to our production rider. The main speaker system should be stereo 4-way, capable of even coverage of the entire area with clear, undistorted sound. This should provide absolute minimum of 105dBA at the FoH console and allow for an extra 20dB headroom before limiting. Line array boxes are preferred, with a minimum of 9x flown boxes each side and 12 x dual 18” subs below. There should also be additional delay zones/clusters for areas that the main system does not cover, such as the back of the hall and any balconies etc. Please be aware that Digitalism are a loud dance act and require a suitable sound system, with ample sub. Where the local sound system requires supplementary equipment, please discuss with our Tour Manager in advance. Preferred speaker systems are: L’Acoustic V-DOSC or D&B J-series. FRONT OF HOUSE The FoH area should be adequately lit and located in the middle of the house with no balconies or other types of overhang. FoH mix position must not be more than 30 metres from the front of the stage. Any location in the rear of the hall, under a balcony or in a sound booth is unacceptable. The FoH area must be secured with barriers and security if necessary. We require the use of the house FoH console, with subs configured on an aux. The console must be of a professional standard. Digidesign Venue Systems or Soundcraft Vi consoles are always preferred. An English speaking, Systems/FoH Engineer with working knowledge of the PA, must be available from load in until end of show. OUTBOARD We provide our own vocal effect unit, so require space at FoH to install this. When an analogue console is supplied, the house should provide: 6x compressors, 1x delay processor with tap function and 1x reverb processor.

MONITORS For a successful show, we will require use of the house monitor console and an English-speaking Monitor Engineer from load in until end of show. We do not carry any kind of line system, multicore, stage boxes or XLR loom, so please have the house system connected, checked and rung out before our arrival. We would require 3x working monitor wedges of the same brand and 2x sub capable side fills. BACKLINE In all cases we will provide our own backline. We will however require a 4m x 4m riser with locking wheels from load in until show end. We also require a straight microphone stand for our sole use and 3x passive DI boxes provided by the venue. Our backline runs on 13A, 230v German Schuko style sockets. Where local power outlets or mains voltage differ, you will need to provide a transformer of minimum 3000w with plug adapters at our backline power drop position.
