1. Ground to top floor: 1.1. Power transformer station. / MV lines connected, MV & LV switchgear settings done as designed/ labelled, documented/ clean, locked, IP rating ensured/ ventilation ensured for transformer/ grounding completed/ commercial metering device installed - (check is to performed only if transformer station belongs to client) 1.2. Floor boxes with electrical and data sockets, HDMI cable for the meeting room – general installation and coordination with the furniture. 1.16. Data sockets for TV wall, reception, bar, WiFi AP, CCTV-IP on the ground floor – to be connected, labelled. 1.17. Data cable connection, labelling and testing ground floor and 1-6 floors - to be labelled. 1.18. Data cabling tests to be done. 1.19. SOS call system public toilets, deluxe rooms. 1.20. Installation of missing sockets, switches, blind covers in deluxe room and for TV in standard rooms . 3.5. Thermostat & water sensor installation for deluxe rooms. 3.6. Fancoil installation, connection and testing for deluxe rooms. - To be presented before handover: 4. As built documentation 4.1. Drawings, schemes, data sheets, test protocols provided for electrical installations. 4.2. Maintenance and operational instructions to be presented. - To be provided before opening: 5. Operational instructions to be presented and training to be provided for Operator for the following systems: Fire alarm, Lights control, Sound system, Fancoils public area control, SOS call system, Rotating door, Intercom, Access control, BMS panel, BMS panel alarms.
