RAPORT 1 •  The description of chosen organization. Should include basic information about the company, especially information that in your opinion may influent knowledge management system •  Knowledge management audit in chosen organization: description of the existing knowledge state and knowledge management system in organization. Identify types of knowledge, locations of knowledge, knowledge sources, how knowledge is captured, how it is converted, stored, training methodologies, positions in organizational structure responsible for knowledge management processes, usage of IT systems etc.

RAPORT 2 Improvement of knowledge management system in chosen organization: •  Changes in the culture of organization / human resources management practices / organization structure / physical environment of organization to support knowledge management processes more effectively •  Introduction of new knowledge management tools •  Benefits that comes from the solutions and improvements
