Labels
Loose cover version • Please use special ‘French Seam’ detail all over rather than usual ‘round’ piping • Swatch of fabric same size as the above label to be sewn into the seat platform on one edge only • Image in directory indicate left and right option • Please increase depth of the strip of fabric at the front of the seat platform by 6cm to ensure the labels are set further back and that the interliner is not visible when seat cushions are in place. • Formal backs when pulled into place around the shape of the arm this leaves a gap between the two back cushions in the middle – please can this be reviewed and either the shaping amended for a better fit around the arms or the overall width of each back cushion increased slightly to avoid the issue. • Please take extra care on front skirt centre seam as this is quite puckered • Please look into linking brackets currently they are difficult to connect – A pictorial instruction to be included with corner groups to show how linking brackets work – similar to the one on the stratos • Seat cushion edge should hang no more than 5cm over the edge • For transit, skirt to be smoothed down and taped in place • Extra packaging around feet for protection whilst in transit • Next ‘fibre fill’ seat cushion information leaflet to be used • Next care label to be used • Barcode labels to be added to the product and to outer packs • Next Specific labels to be added to the outer packaging • Permanent care label to be stitched into the seat platform (removable cover, dry clean version for Tivoli/ Linetta fabric) • Next logo label to be stitched into back outer corner of all pieces (as indicated in photos attached) • Fire labels must be included on both parts of the corner group as well as the relevant loose cover fire swing ticket by kimble • Loose cover fire label must be used on the products

Our cushions are designed, quite deliberately, for a casual, much ‘lived-in’ appearance. You will notice that within the first couple of days of use in your home, the cushions of your furniture will ‘flatten down’. This is quite normal and after a short time your furniture will have that luxurious ‘lived in’ appearance that can only be achieved with rolled fibre interiors. We recommend that you regularly ‘plump up’ the cushions and rotate them where possible to allow for even wear. When your new sofa arrives, you may notice that some of the cushions may have been creased a little out of shape in transit. This can be simply corrected by gently patting the cushions back into shape to redistribute the filling and reshape the cover. We hope you enjoy your new furniture.
