Important Notice: Due to a technical issue, many parking ticket and camera violation payments made through our website on Sunday, September 17, and Monday, September 18, could not be successfully processed, even though payment receipts were issued. If you attempted to make a payment on either of those days, your original balance may still be outstanding. All affected customers will receive an email notification by 5pm on Friday, September 22. If your payment was not successfully processed, you will need to access the system again to pay your fine. We apologize for the inconvenience. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the payment we were unable to process, and you will not be held liable for any penalties that may have accumulated since the date of your attempted payment. You will have thirty days before any new penalties will begin to accrue. Please contact 311 if you have further questions.

Payments received by :59 PM today will be credited by the evening of the next business day. When the system is updated you will receive credit as of the date you made the payment. An on-line payment of a violation in judgment will not automatically stop enforcement (i.e. towing) until it is posted to the Parking Violations system. Sometimes late notices cross in the mail with payments that were made, and do not arrive until after the notice is mailed - you can use the Check Parking Ticket Status page to see if the payment was posted or call 3- - (24/ , TTY 2 2-504-4 5, outside of New York City 2 2-NEW-YORK) to verify whether your payment was processed and whether it was received on time.
