Your starting salary will be £9425 per annum, plus agreed bonuses and your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 2.00pm, with an unpaid 10 minute break. As discussed at interview, in order for you to attend our induction training course for the first 15 working days of employment your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm with an unpaid 10 minute break in the morning and afternoon, and an unpaid 40 minute lunch break. You will be paid your normal hourly rate for these additional hours. After completion of the training course your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 2.00pm with an unpaid 10 minute break. Full details regarding your terms and conditions of employment are set out in your Contract of Employment which you will receive on your first day of employment. This offer of employment is subject to the Company receiving satisfactory references. Please can you complete the enclosed documents and bring them with you on your first day of employment: New Starter Form – you will require your bank details to complete this form Reference Request Form – to be completed if you have not already provided full references when you completed your application form Expression of Wish Form It is essential that you bring these forms with you on your first day including your bank details to ensure we can process your details on payroll. If you do not have or have not yet received a P45 from your previous employer, please complete the enclosed employee checklist and return this to us with your other documents. Please forward your P45 to us as soon as you are in receipt. The Home Office also require us to complete identity checks on all employees. If you have not already provided this during your interview please can you bring identity documents demonstrating your identity on your first day. We can accept a passport (with a current Visa if applicable), or, if you do not have a passport, we can also accept a full birth certificate together with an official letter or document from a government agency (e.g. HM revenue and Customs or Department for Work and Pensions) showing your name and national insurance number.
If you are unsure regarding what documentation to bring with you please call the HR Department on the number detailed above. Please note that if you are unable to demonstrate your identity and right to work we will not be able to offer employment to you. As discussed during your interview all pre-arranged holidays, where applicable, have been noted on your application form and are now logged on your personnel record. Any additional holidays that you request will follow the usual Company authorisation procedures. Please note that all requests to take annual holidays and non-work appointments during your first 3 weeks must have been pre-agreed during your interview. This is your induction period where you will receive significant training relating to your role and on completion of this programme you will be eligible to join our pay progression programme enabling you to benefit from structured training and development and potential pay increases.
