What are the key indicators of effective implementation of the production orders?
A Production Order is a document that specifies what product and in what quantity it will be produced, from which it will be produced (based on the structure) and how it will be produced (based on the route), including data on the planned start time and completion of the order. It is based on production plan or customer order. • Indicators of efficient execution of orders include: • Timely execution of orders (the minimum deviation from the planned date / the shortest lead time) is to be expressed eg in the form of average delay in days, • Material utilization rate (preferably less waste) • The quantity (percentage) of defects caused during the execution of orders, • Load on production resources (deviation from what we have covered the load and what was actually) • The cost of executing orders (as little deviation from the planned costs)
