REGULATIONS
1. The 5TH International Youth Theatre Meeting will be held in Mairena del Alcor (Seville) from the 18th until 21st, August 2016. 2. The Meeting embraces different performing ways: indoor theatre, street theatre, physical theatre, dance theatre, clown, children's theatre, perfopoem, theatrecircus, etc. Most of the performances will be held outdoor, both in enclosures and in the streets. The performances that can be performed in the street will be positively taken in to account. 3. 80% of the company must include young people between 18 and 35 years old. 4. Interested companies must fill in the registration form that can be found in these requirements. This registration has to be sent along with the dossier and DVD of the show (or virtual link) to the following e-mail or postal mail address: (Preferably by email)

The dossier must include at least the synopsis, artistic and technical data sheets, and photographs of the show. If you wish, press reviews can also be sent, if available. The deadline for proposals is the 29th February 2015 and cannot be extended. 6. The deadline for the announcement of the elected companies is the 31st March 2015. The election will be announced to all groups submitted and will be published on the following website:

The elected companies that will participate just in Mairena del Alcor will commit to participate during the four days of the meeting as part of all planned activities. 8. The Artistic Committee of the Meeting will carry out the selection from among all the proposals presented, based on the originality of the proposal, giving priority to those of contemporary theatre and investigative theatre.
will help the companies economically in relation to both the distance from the place of origin to Mairena del Alcor and the number of participants: -Companies with in 250 km away with 4 or fewer participants: 150 € -Companies with in 250 km away with 6 or more participants: 200 € -Companies with in 250 to 1000 km away with 4 or fewer participants: 400 € -Companies with in 250 to 1000 km away with 5 or more participants: 500 € -Companies with in more than 1000 km away with 4 or fewer participants: 700 €
9. The Artistic Committee will choose a maximum of 10 companies among all the applications received.
-Companies with in more than 1000 km away with 5 or more participants: 800 €
10. The Organization will meet the subsistence allowances of the participant companies’ members and the accommodation expenses, which will take place in the Youth Center. Those who prefer other conditions must pay for their own expenses. Travel costs and performance costs will be borne by each company. The organization
In the event that the show would be subject to copyright, these must be paid by participating companies. 11. The selected companies undertake to represent during the meeting the same show presented on DVD or via link, both in duration and the number of actors.
12. The performances will take place in different venues throughout the municipality, both closed and open. The Organization reserves the right to charge admission of the shows that are scheduled indoors, to contribute to the expenses incurred for the holding of this event.
13. The Organization reserves the right to solve any situation not contemplated in these requirements 14. Participation in the Meeting implies full acceptance of these requirements.
