This drawing shall be read in conjunction with all other services, Architectural drawings, projectspecifications and contract documentation.
2.
This drawing should be read in conjuction with the rainwater drawings. Rainwater pipework by others.
3.
The sanitary pipework installation must comply with The Building Regulations Approved Document H1 and the recommendations of BS EN 12056.
4.
All horizontal soil & waste pipework to be laid to a minimum fall of 1:40 unless stated otherwise.
5.
All soil & vent pipework and fittings (with exception of soil and waste floats) shall be uPVC manufacturedin accordance with the recommendations BS 416
6.
The W.C soil floats shall be unplasticised polyvinyl chloride manufactured in accordance with the recommendations of BS 4514 together with the latest amendments.
7.
The waste floats from vanity basins, wash hand basins, urinals, sinks and all other relevant sanitary appliances shall be manufactured in accordance with the recommendations of BS 5255 together with the latest amendments.
8.
Rodding eyes to be used on every change of direction.
9.
All soil and waste pipework is to be installed in strict accordance with the manufacturers guidelines.
10.
This drawing only displays above ground drainage and their associated pop ups and not incoming duct positions. Please refer to associated drawings for further information.
11.
All exposed pipework to be boxed in and lagged.
