Installing the patch Before beginning, please make sure your computer is set to Japanese encoding.

Step 1 – Updating to version 1.01 Located in the step 1 folder is the update file titled ‘togainu_update_101.exe’. Run this update. Note 1: This is only required for the original edition of the game. The Vista and 7 editions come prepatched. Note 2: You may need to run the program as an administrator. To do this, right click the file and click ‘Run as Administrator’.

Step 2 – Apply the image patch Located in the step 2 folder is the image patch entitled ‘TNC Image Patch.exe’. Run this program and follow the prompts. Note: You may need to run the program as an administrator. To do this, right click the file and click ‘Run as Administrator’.

Step 3 – Copy in the script Located in the step 3 folder is the script file entitled ‘script.pak’. Copy this file into your Togainu No Chi installation directory.
