Replace tiles on bar front and fit trims - Alan Richie has the trims Regrout Bar top and have grout flush with tiles - Use grout to help with staining - Bar drainage check all joints as to smelling and leaks Bar drainage fit connectors to drink sinks Mirror cracked replace delivered in storage Replace canopy trim on ceiling with thicker trim - presently at 40 to 50mm requires 90mm trim (Material dropped off from our lock up to IBI) - Chargeable Kitchen marble worktop cracked requires fridge moving along and a leg fitting to prevent flexing of worktop - Chargeable Heat Recovery to have flow meter and temperature sensor fitted to check working efficiently, if not working efficiently remove unit. Boiler pipework to be checked and altered - Twin solenoid valve required / Check regulations as to whether the boiler needs a boiler guard Kitchen radiator to be checked if from HRU pipework or boiler pipework - Fed from boiler Back of house Kitchen too cold look at options to keep warm - Option 1 Look at blocking fresh air into restaurant and local heaters in Kitchen / Option 2 new boiler linked to heater pack. Front kitchen cupboard doors loose and falling off - repair - Chargeable Male toilet door closer clashing with door - alter to suit Male toilet smelling check ventilation or maybe auto flushing on urinals - Vent altered to suit Female toilet cubicle door knobs missing replace accordingly Male toilet tap fitted wrong and faulty replace accordingly - Mizu to supply Kitchen electrical circuit check for loadings and ways to prevent tripping Riser noise issue - look at fan mounts and sound insulation of duct. - Fan mounts fitted major access issues regarding insulating all the duct Riser doors insulate and seal - Drop seal and foam back of door - Check acoustic report Kitchen drainage - check fall is ok and repair leak behind Dry Store leak on waste Disabled toilet door lock mechanism replace - Chargeable Heat lamp specification and supplier send over to Dan F
